Designed to meet the needs of local people who are looking to get on the property ladder, priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Malvern Hills District Council. If you have been a resident (or employed within) the area for a number of years (usually between 2-5) or have family connections, for example, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild or adult sibling who have lived in the area for at least three years. Staircasing to own 100% of your home at Beacon Heights

Our homes at Beacon Heights are available to purchase with shared ownership. Once your home is purchased you will have the option to increase the amount of your shared ownership home that you own. This is called Staircasing.

The greater the share you buy in your home the less rent you will pay to your home. Ultimately staircasing to buy 100% of your home, means you become an outright owner, and you will no longer need to pay rent.

Beacon Heights local area

Malvern is a thriving spa town rich in history. Lying at the foot of the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire, and known as a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’, it is a wonderful place to call home.
