The local area connection can vary between our developments but generally, it is based on you having been a resident (or employed within) the area for a number of years (usually between 2-5) or have family connections – for example, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild or adult sibling – who have lived in the area for at least three years.

Staircasing to own 100% of your home at Myton Green
Our homes at Myton Green are available to purchase from 25% to 75% shared ownership. Once your home is purchased you will have the option to increase the amount of your shared ownership home that you own. This is called Staircasing.
The greater the share you buy in your home the less rent you will pay to your home. Ultimately staircasing to buy 100% of your home, means you become an outright owner, and you will no longer need to pay rent.

Myton Green local area

Leamington Spa is often mentioned in the Sunday Times Best Places to Live in Britain list, and with its broad, tree-lined boulevards and beautiful Georgian and Edwardian architecture, it’s easy to see why.

But there’s much more to Leamington than first meets the eye. Locals enjoy fantastic shopping and nightlife, characterised by a vibrant independent scene, as well as a rich calendar of social events including annual food, literary and music festivals.

The area offers live music venues and art galleries, and some fantastic public green spaces too. There’s also a cinema, bowling alley and a number of sports grounds including Warwick Racecourse, one of the UK’s oldest, and Victoria Park Bowling, the official home of Women’s Bowls in England.
